Ganh Da Dia is a natural stone formation lying in An Ninh Dong commune in Tuy An district. Ganh Da Dia is named after the shape of numerous basalt columns here. The columns are often hexagonal or circular in shape and especially, the tops of them look like plates, hence people named this place. According to geologists, the basalt columns are the result of a volcanic eruption which happened nearly 200 million years ago. Now, it a geological wonder of the country and in 1997, it was recognized byVietnam’s Ministry of Culture and Information as a National Natural Relic.

About 25km from Tuy Hoa city, Vung Ro Bay in Dong Hoa district is a wonderful bay that visitors should not miss.
