Basically the temple is a compound with the inclusions of Tou Tei Temple, the unique Lei San Sheng Mu Hall, the I Leng Temple and Soi Ut Temple. The fact that the temples have been built during 1736 and 1795 is evident through the embedded stele in the wall which dates all the way back to the 18th century, while several renovations are said to have taken place. The famous Feast of Tou Tei is held here with Chinese opera performances at its Rua da Palmeria’s premises on three different evenings.
